Currently you are able to cover a maximum of 25% of the product value by using Avios. You are also only able to use a total of 25% of your Avios balance.
The Avios options will be limited by whichever is the lower of the above two factors.
Examples:
Item is £100, you can cover up to a maximum of £25 of the cost with Avios.
You have 1000 Avios you can use a maximum of 250 Avios on your order.
