In the unlikely event that you wish to return your Apple product we would require you to notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
All products must be;
- Unused and unsealed.
- In their original condition, including all original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
- Contain no personal data or have been registered with the manufacturer.
- Apple provide security features to protect your product in case of loss or theft, if these features have been activated and can not be disabled by the person in possession then Apple may refuse to accept the return or exchange.
Should any item be returned without meeting any of the above the return will be refused; customers will be responsible for organisation and cost of retrieval of the non refundable item from Apple directly.
