Escalating a complaint
If after contacting us you feel we still haven't resolved your complaint satisfactorily, please request for your details to be passed on to our Customer Servicing Manager. Within 48 working hours you will either be contacted by phone or via email.
Please note we have a zero tolerance policy on abusive or threatening behaviour towards any of our staff. We will help where ever we are able and have a very friendly and responsive Customer team who are all competent in their roles.
