We are unable to assist with password or security queries as this relates to your account with British Airways Club.
If you're having problems logging in with your British Airways Club details, there are a few things to try:
- Make sure you're using the correct British Airways Club details - this will be available on any emails you have received.
- If you've logged in, but are seeing a message that your account does not have any Avios you could have a duplicate account with BA or accounts using the same email address.
- We recommend logging in to your account on ba.com using your membership number as your log in user ID rather than email address. Once done please go to and log in using the same method, this resolves any issues that may be occurring with accounts using the same email address.
If your British Airways Club details are correct:

- If you are using a supported browser and you're still having issues, please try:
- clearing your web browser's cookies and cache. Here's how:
- using another device if you have one (e.g. a phone or tablet)
