Which password should I use?
The password you would use, is the password that accesses the British Airways Club. For any account or access queries we would direct you to www.ba.com where you can manage your account in the usual way.
We have no access to BA systems so are unable to assist with access issues on ba.com.
How do I change my password?
If you wish to amend or reset your password or any of your log in details, you will need to do this on ba.com. We are unable to assist with this in any way as we have no access to BA systems or accounts.
I have forgotten my membership number – how can I get a reminder?
You'll find your British Airways Club number within any emails you have received from "British Airways Club". You can also find the membership number when you log in to www.ba.com. You can find more support there as Avios Shop is unable to assist with queries relating to your account, the membership number or the security requirements of your BA account.
How do I log in?
If you're having problems logging in with your British Airways Club details, there are a few things to try:
- Make sure you're using the correct British Airways Club details
- If you've logged in, but are seeing a message that your account does not have any Avios, please check you have not used the same email address for any other account.
- We recommend logging in to your account on ba.com using your membership number as your log in user ID rather than email address. Once done please go to the Avios Shop and log in using the same method, this helps to resolve any issues that may be occurring with accounts using the same email address.
If your British Airways Club details are correct:
